Diversity Bingo 2017

Some amazing folks (see their usernames in the image below) have come up with Diversity Bingo 2017, a way to read more diversely in 2017. I, being the huge nerd that I am, have created this whopper of a list – there are 250 recs here, though a few books are repeated! – to give me as many options as possible, and hopefully to help some others out when it comes to picking their books for this great reading goal. Read below for explanations, recs and resources.

Ok, so this is how it works. My summaries are very arbitrary, but I have tried to include everything that’s relevant. There are 250 recs total, but less books because some are listed under two or more squares, though I have tried to repeat as little as possible for clarity and variety. All are linked to their Goodreads pages, and publication dates are listed because some come out during 2017 – these are the Goodreads dates, so they might not be exactly right in your territory.

If you want to see what I’ve personally chosen, please check out the list on my Diversity Bingo page for my planned reads, and what I’ve read so far. I will update that page throughout the year. At the end of this post, you’ll find links to other #DiversityBingo2017 posts which I found useful.

And that should be everything! I hope you find this helpful, and please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any problems reading this list. I’d love for this to be a really well-rounded resource for #DiversityBingo2017 reads.
